Review on πŸ₯¦ Efficiently Steam Vegetables with the Cestari Kitchen Microwave Vegetable Steamer by David Butterfield

A nice bread baked, but does it produce CO?

Last night I baked a very tasty bread at a maximum temperature of 450 degrees. When I pulled the bread out, the carbon monoxide alarm went off. I've read that this happens when silicone is baked at high temperatures, but I was surprised that it released enough CO to cause this. I washed the capsule before use - and there may be a pause - so feel free to experiment. In terms of performance, it worked really well as a flexible hood. UNBELIEVABLE GOOD. The bread (which I'm going to slice today) looks spectacular, so I'm hoping this point works. More: I baked high humidity lean dough bread at 450 for 30 minutes. After I took the pod out of the oven, the alarm clock started ringing. I didn't smell any strange smell and the bread looks good when taken out. I haven't used a range hood, but I don't usually use one when I'm baking. But I'll try to get to the bottom of it. If I can figure out the issue and determine that this product can work without raising an alarm I will update this review.
