Review on Convenient Woodgrain Laptop πŸ“¦ Cart with Storage and Adjustable Height by Kim Jackson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly what I needed!

I find it difficult to force myself to exercise. It's always too hot to walk outside, but using my "Air Walker" is so *boring* even though it's right in front of the TV. If only I could work on my computer too. I've tried putting things in front of the unit but nothing was high enough or the pedals wobble, they bump into it. something similar already existed, I came across this mobile laptop cart. Judging by the dimensions, it turned out that the base was set back far enough so that the pedals wouldn't hit it, and the platform was high enough to be a comfortable height for playing the keyboard. The best part is that it costs about the same as the materials I've essentially priced for a frame on wheels, but this one has storage compartments! The platform isn't very big, but maybe that's because my laptop is like that. I have a Toshiba Tecra with a full keyboard so it's wider than most. I can still use a bit of a full-size mouse; However, before I bought it, I had planned to attach a larger work surface (hardboard and some clamps) to it, which doesn't make it too heavy. A normal notepad is sufficient. I increased it to 42.5" and it's still pretty sturdy. It came securely packaged with all the parts and easy instructions. The color isn't as orange as the picture but looks a bit artificial. Thick laminate on MDF lies very clean and secure.I don't see it peeling or anything unless exposed to heat from a window or something.Took me about an hour to assemble and I have one piece of advice: do it first on a soft surface.I was able to scratch marks in a few places by moving it over the Pergo.Secondly the laminate is only punctured so you know where the holes are.You will save some time and a sore hand by doing this you twist the tip of a utility knife *gently* to break the edge of the plastic where you need to put the screw pins.Once I figured that out, things went much faster and easier.Third, make sure that you fully tighten them. I didn't do this in a couple of places for fear of overtightening the MDF and as a result several gaps formed in the joints. Yes, I wish it could tip, but I didn't want to pay another $20 for a style that works when I can just stiffen the back of the computer if I wanted to. Something you might have in mind. That's exactly what I need. Now I have no more excuses. (Damn!)
