I can't tell if my skin is lighter but it's a good scrub. If you don't like spicy foods I would look elsewhere. It has a grapefruit flavor that doesn't linger after washing off. However, it is a stronger scent. He has a light peeling. If you like "Yes" for lines I would recommend this! I really like the tomato line. Added this to my morning facial shower. *I also bought the Da Tomam scrub and threw it away. I don't know if it's supposed to smell like that, but it smelled awful. Like burning plastic or something? I would have sent it back but I accidentally cut off the top when taking it out of the box when I received it. I really like charcoal soap, but this scrub doesn't smell very nice.
