Review on 🔊 Enhanced Phorus PS10 Speaker with Alexa and Play-Fi Wireless Streaming by Shane Grosland

I was skeptical about how these speakers and app would work based on some of the reviews I read. Our new home didn't come pre-wired with home audio, and I didn't want to run speaker wire through the walls. I looked at another brand's wireless systems (S0n0s) and quickly realized that they were overpriced compared to what you get. I dared and was very satisfied. I downloaded the DTS app on my kitchen tablet and we seamlessly hear music in adjacent rooms. Perfect synchronization without lag. The sound is well above average and I was surprised at how well they filled the room with non-directional music. I've paired this with a DTS Play-Fi enabled Pioneer receiver so the home theater will also play the same music as the other rooms if I want to. If your receiver doesn't support Play-Fi, you can purchase a Phorus adapter to make any receiver work. I value good sound and have a lot of classic Klipsch speakers and high-end hi-end receivers. These speakers will surprise you with their sound, even if they cost twice as much. I will buy another set for the terrace and solarium. I'm glad I didn't spend on another brand. These have exceeded my expectations. FYI, you can choose not to enable Alexa during setup and disable the light ring at the top. I turn off both during installation. Thank you for a quality product at an affordable price. Update: Seven months later it still works and sounds great. No regret.
