It's incredibly soft and I'm in love with it! I wear it around the house and around me and honestly it's the most comfortable thing. Bonus points considering it's The Walking Dead! As other reviewers have said, yes it's fairly thin, but I don't think that detracts from how warm it can keep you. Overall recommended and also makes a great gift! EDIT: I literally use this blanket as a raincoat sometimes and carry it around the house. I've been doing this for about a year since I first wrote this review. It still works so fantastic. Even my cats prefer to sleep on it than on my bed.
