This helped me a lot! Conventional deodorant really irritated my armpits and I started looking for an alternative. I had heard of this before but wasn't sure if it would work for me. The first few days I wore it I kept sniffing my armpits carefully to make sure I had BO, but I never had it! The real test was going to the gym a few days later - NO smelly sweat! However, I need to clarify something for those of you who don't know how this works; You will still sweat while using it. It doesn't work as an antiperspirant, so make sure it's right for you before you buy it. There are also two types of sweat: heat/stress sweat and anxiety/stress sweat. Unfortunately, the latter doesn't quite work. It works by killing odor-causing bacteria, and stress sweating is sort of our body's way of sending out distress signals. So if you normally sweat from stress, you need to supplement it with something else. But I highly recommend it!
