This dance mat arrived in a plastic bag from China. There were no instructions for this; The supplied CD did not boot on our home computer. The cords were too short to reach from the back of the TV to the floor to move the mat away from the TV stand. It was impossible to use. When I asked for a refund, I was first told to ship it back to China at my own expense. About $66 for a $28 item! When I declined, I was given an address in California to ship from Virginia, which would cost me about $20 due to the size of the rug, again at my expense. So now I'm stuck with a piece of junk that's useless.
