First of all, I'm writing this because I love lemon bars! But the reason I've been compelled to write this is because I've ordered them 3 times. I liked her the first time. It really was like eating a healthy lemon cookie! The second time tasted weird but I finished them because they are expensive and it wasn't terrible just not as good as the first time. I was considering ordering them again when the best happened. My husband delivered a box of Bulletproof to my home. I was immediately pissed off because I thought they had put me on the auto delivery schedule without my consent. I opened the box and found a letter, a box of lemon biscuits, and a pound of bulletproof coffee. The letter explained that the taste of their last batch of lemon biscuits did not meet requirements. So they sent everyone who ordered from that batch a free box in advance and a pound of coffee as a thank you and apology. I was surprised. I ate this box and then ordered another. They were both delicious! Thanks to Bulletproof's amazing customer service I will continue to order from them and have told everyone I know about this story!
