these are amazing pieces love them they are nice mood lighting in the bathroom when you walk in in the middle of the night. It is visually appealing and switches on immediately when you move around the room. Even my cat who comes by turns on the light. However, if you have a very public place where you walk around a lot, the battery might not last as long as the lights are actually turned on quite often. but the backlit colors are so cool that you should change the batteries a little more often. I love these things, I have them on every pot. Anytime a guest stops, it's always a topic of conversation! I gifted a few this year, the light in the toilet was very entertaining for my mum when she came to visit.
