Review on 🎧 ASTRO Gaming A40 TR Wired Headset with Astro Audio V2 - Perfect for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac by Aavon Dark

I've only had this headset for 2 days so keep that in mind as you read. My Astro A40 TR was well packaged and undamaged. As soon as I opened the box I fell in love with the look and style of the headset. Black and blue with a silver trim is my favorite color combination which is why I bought it. I have an old Astro A40 headset that I received as a gift but it was in the brown/green Xbox camouflage which I didn't really like but still appreciated. Given that I bought a Ps4 Pro I decided to buy a new headset to go with it. As soon as I put on the headset, booted up the PS4 and just listened to the background menu, I was already satisfied. Very clear and bright sound, as expected. I actually took the headset off at first because I thought the sound was coming from my speakers in my room, but it just so happens that the headset did such a good job that I was only distracted by the "setup menu" music for the ps4 felt surrounded. I've played some games like Spiderman and Apex (3 wins btw). I listened to the steps with great pleasure, felt very comfortable and immersed in the gameplay. As I said, I used to have an old A40 headset and it still works great to this day, so I already knew that Astro is a trusted brand and I just needed a different headset for my new Ps4 Pro that also better suited my style . I take good care of my electronics, so my experience of my bug is low. If you're having trouble with this headset it's probably due to a manufacturing defect and I'll update my review here to detail that. I personally don't think I'll have any problems with it, I'm very happy with it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I find the headset delivers great sound quality and would definitely recommend to friends who need a good headset with a spare. (Note): I used this headset with the same Mix Amp Pro TR that comes in the box. will update if there are any issues or whatever but other than that I stand by my review.
