Works with CUH-ZCT 1U and 2U models. I recommend finding a disassembly video before attempting to install the plastic tools and putting them in the cart if you don't have them. Also, before disassembling and reassembling, you'll need to tighten the screws that turn them into the 4 points use the controller. You didn't drill the holes well enough so use one or two of the 6-8 screws provided so you don't over drill the holes so you can line them up when reassembling. Take the 4 official SONY screws and screw them back into the removed bezel as they don't work well with that (even now you can sell your bezel if it's in good condition or keep it and keep it). its screws in the dedicated box so you can change them later if you want or if your new face shell gets in danger and breaks). By the way, you get a screwdriver. It just doesn't offer the best grip/torque, but it's worth noting that it's included. The only issue aside from the screws is that the rubber behind the PlayStation/Home button doesn't fit snugly, but it stretches well. Enough. Again, you'll need disassembly instructions and plastic prying tools - unless you want to scratch the controller with a metal screwdriver/blade and potentially ruin the controller by tearing the ribbon cables inside.
