So far so good. We had exchanged two headsets thinking it was a mic, one headset was broken. We obviously swapped out the mic that wasn't the issue we called Nintendo Switch and they couldn't fix the issue they wanted us to name or write epic games then I stumbled upon this remote and it was our last resort because the only thing we could think of was the nintendo switch headphone jack but the problem was that we could hear through the headphones but we couldn't communicate through them for a fortnight and as soon as we got that remote control It worked today, so we spent three months trying to figure out what the problem was, so we're thankful for this remote. We also like that it has a long cord and we didn't have to lengthen it.
