Useful in hard-to-reach places
They are very handy in hard-to-reach places or when you can't use butt joints. Easy to use and remove when needed. The only downside is that they can loosen in a high vibration area, which is something to keep in mind if you run into problems. I have never had a problem with the car's main console and I drive 200 miles on the interstate every day.
