Input Lags - Buffering of Keystrokes

How Logitech can actually screw up a keyboard, but they did. Bought two of these for work and home. Use a BT dongle for both and be sure to install the Logitech app to ensure all firmware is up to date and settings correct. So if the keyboard gets an average of 4.7 stars for ergonomics, battery life, and ease of use, why did I give it 1 star? It doesn't capture all keystrokes when typing. He has a job, type what keys I press, and he can't do it all the time. I noticed the problem almost immediately in my office, to the point that I actually had my laptop replaced, including the docking station, thinking it was a laptop or docking interface issue. No, there was still buffering and no keystrokes. For me, this is a big problem when programming network devices. I can't afford such problems. Even the mouse would randomly skip clicks. Switched to another brand and no more problems. However, the same problem persists in my home office with another laptop and far fewer electrical electromagnetic devices around, but keystrokes are still buffered. Where I can type 10 letters and don't see that nothing is received, then about 5 last lines are received and typed. Really disappointed. Can't recommend it as I have two keyboard and mouse combos with the same issue.
