I'm a size 3, my baby is 7 months old and she has quite a small foot. It usually fits size 0-3. However, it appeared to be size 1. I took a size 3 to increase the size and needless to say she would probably only wear them for a week or two before they no longer fit. They are very cute, but I had another problem: the button was difficult to undo and reattach. If your child tends to be rushed and fatigued when getting dressed, I would not recommend the shoes as it takes a while to put them on and take them off due to the buttons.
