Purchased on 03/2018. Not used until 05/03/2019. In two weeks of actual use, this was noticed today, May 18th, 2019. The stitching has come undone and is looking pretty sticky now. Another downside is that it needs to have two phone buttons, one on each end, to allow larger phones like the Galaxy S9 Plus to snap in. It fits well but cannot snap into place. This is the first bad product review I've ever given. I want to return it but the website says the return deadline is 04/03. So I have to come up with something else. I have a cruise coming up and I thought this would be perfect.
