Review on Stroller Connectors Strollers Instant Tandem by Gary Bush

I really wanted to love these plugs. But THEY don't do what they advertise. I have two compact strollers (of the same model and brand) that only weigh 9 pounds each and the 3 and 4 year olds are very small at 22 and 30 pounds respectively. When designing these connectors, they fail. There are pressure locks on the inner pivot that should put enough pressure on the center bar to lock it in place after adjustment. It doesn't work at all. The bars literally slide out every time you try to rotate or flip the stroller. And if you don't have PERFECT alignment, they will eventually break if you go straight. If the bars had a notch for better fixation or something like that, they could work better. But it's an absolute waste of money and has caused a lot of frustration. After several attempts to get them to work for us, we finally gave in and requested a return and refund. I had to contact the ROMIRUS seller 3 times to explain what happened to their product and ask for a refund. After running around for a week I contacted Revane directly who got ROMIRUS to honor my valid refund request. The SELLER now wants me to pay for the return shipping to send them this counterfeit product. My advice is to avoid this product (at least until the redesign is complete). And be sure to avoid the ROMIRUS seller! They obviously don't care about customer service and just want to line their pockets with their dropship orders to China.
