I like that they have an easy-to use interface for both employees as well as customers, allowing them all access in one place without having multiple apps or websites open simultaneously! The ability is also great because everyone can see what's going through each other when it comes time to approve changes/documents before final release - no more emailing back & forth between departments about who needs approval first etc., which was very inefficient!! Sometimes we would send over documents too quickly (for example) so some of our clients couldn't process those fast enough; this could be fixed by slowing down things even further but then there were delays while waiting until someone else approved everything again after being sent via e mail twice instead of once right away.
