Too fat and hard to sleep on your back. If you look closely at the images, some of them, like the first one, show a semi-circular profile. Others are just an arc. Mine was very arched, meaning the profile was also unsuitable for back sleeping. The site wasn't bad, but still not what I prefer. The height and stiffness are good for below the knees and also if you like a pillow behind your back. Here is a big fluff. The entire top of the pillow is covered with elastic plastic. This is normal for gel pads - it's actually sticky underneath that plastic, but none of my other gel pads have had the memory foam covered with plastic. This means that the part of the memory foam that rests on the neck or shoulder is made of non-breathable HOT plastic. I only noticed this when I pulled the pillow out of the cover. I would never have kept it if I had.
