Comfortable but unflattering
I'm 5ft 6" and 133lbs and ordered a medium size. They fit perfectly. You are cozy. That's good news. If you want comfort, buy them. general. The trousers are large and even stretch down somehow. The pockets stick out which makes it look a little tight, but it's not. I will come back.
