Review on 🔥 Ultra XL Speedypress Oversize Pressing Iron/Steam Press - Electronic Iron Press with 100LBs. of Pressing Pressure for Home or Business, Multiple Steam Functions, Adjustable Temperature Settings, and Large Pressing Surface by John Akins

When we received this press we set it up according to the instructions. We tried using the steam function and it didn't work. We read the troubleshooting instructions but couldn't get it to work. The manual does NOT give contact information for technical support. There is no phone number or email address. We figured we might have received a defective unit, so we sent it back to Revain and requested a replacement. After receiving a new block, we set it up and tried using the steam function again. That does not work. The user manual does not match the actual device. Some instructions refer to controls that are not on the device, etc. Some lights on the control panel will flash and beeps will be heard, but the user manual does not explain what these beeps mean. We've spent some time following the troubleshooting suggestions, but haven't been able to get the steam feature to work. According to the user manual, if troubleshooting does not help, you should take the device to a service center. This essentially means the manufacturer provides ZERO support after purchase. Unfortunately we had to send it back to Revain. Unfortunately, the press thinks it would be nice if only the steam function worked. However, due to a total lack of manufacturer support and a poorly written and incomplete manual, we CANNOT recommend this press. If you need a steam function, DO NOT buy this press.
