So far so good. It's quite large for a peanut, which I like as it can be used for back/shoulders and legs. Smaller peanuts won't work for the legs, and something like a foam roller won't work for specifically targeting back/shoulder spots. This thing does both decently enough, although maybe not as well as a styrofoam roll AND a small peanut, which would be a lot more expensive.
