I hate paying people to do things for me, but let's face it, electricity is scary. However, I decided to give them a chance. If you've never taken an electrical class before, I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos first. First, GFCI adapters are lead loaded, which means you need to know which wires coming out of your wall carry power and which don't. They came with nice labels on the back so you know which color wire goes on which side, but most outlets have a series of lead (hot) and load (cold) wires because that's how a parallel circuit works. If your outlet doesn't turn green: You've probably put the wires on the load side and vice versa. My end is short.
