First of all, you should know that it will take some time, but it's REALLY worth it. My foot is (+) 9 inches long/almost 4 inches wide at its widest point. * The pink chaco is ten inches long and 5 inches wide at the top cross strap. I wear 7.5-90 percent of 7.5 shoes. Sometimes I take 7 but I like to buy bigger sandals because I don't like my foot hanging down and I don't have skinny legs. But like all my other Chaco shoes, I take 7 points for each style. Got them in 7, they are perfect with the perfect amount of space in the front, back, sides. Like all my other Chaco shoes, I soak them in water for an hour, put them on, tighten them until they fit perfectly, and then let them stretch for a day or two so I don't have to wear them and stretch them. Or if I accidentally wear them all day, that's fine too, but my legs hurt. Either way, they are my favorite couple! I'm not a slippery girl because I don't usually feel safe on a slide. Not this one. They stay in place and are incredibly comfortable! Won't get your feet dirty, won't get muddy when you walk when wet, great grip on any surface, they're sticky as a gecko and look cute with everything from leggings with stirrups to school girl mini skirts. love love love Like you, and I think that's why black is impossible to get!
