Broke after 4 months of use. Excellent customer service!

the cable. Attached is a photo of the defective HDMI end. I'm not sure if I got a lemon or if the quality of this cable is bad? I have contacted the seller. To my surprise they got back with me the same day my letter was posted and offered to send me a replacement immediately. That's excellent customer service that's rare these days! Update: I received the replacement today 2/4/2021 and everything is fine again!
