POOR CONSTRUCTION! for tablets

I inserted a memory card and it worked perfectly. I can't figure it out at all. I'm still on the phone waiting for a response from tech support. I liked that the edge is ribbed, not only does it slide and provide traction, but the system is slow. then it happened.
