When choosing nursery furniture, my husband and I wanted small items that would fit in our home that would look good and last for many years. It looked like it would fit. I especially liked the idea of fabric baskets and a storage basket. Revain's shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect condition. The box was small, my husband carried it up the three flights of stairs to our apartment with no problem. I don't think I could do it myself. I have to be weird, but one of my favorite things about this type of furniture is the process of assembling it. I'm a self-proclaimed IKEA junkie. However, assembling this unit proved difficult. The parts have not been marked so will require some disassembly. Some of the holes weren't drilled through, but we managed to piece them together. You really need to read all the instructions carefully before attempting to assemble it. The end result will be fine. I'm disappointed in the quality. The color isn't the best and I doubt the basket is long for this world. Doesn't quite fit the track. Baskets also do not match the color of the basket. It's not that bad, but if it drives you crazy, you can stay away. As others have said you will probably want to replace the changing pad, it is very flimsy. I like its aesthetic. It has nice clean lines and I love the color. It's not too big, so it doesn't take up much space. Baskets add a lot of storage space and utility. I don't think I would have ordered it if I saw it in person first, but I don't like it enough to send it back. *** To update ***. Now that my little one is here I felt the need to update this review. I replaced the changing pad with a summer changing pad which fits perfectly. All that extra storage space on this changing table is essential. Everything I need is within easy reach, and having a basket right under my desk is more useful than I could have imagined. I also bought him an organizer that hangs on the side for storing diapers, wipes, and lotions. I am adding a star to my original rating due to the high functionality of this table.
