This came with no product packaging or instructions. It looks like the same remote control for my TV but I haven't used it yet as I can't open the back to put the batteries in. It seems that this is obvious, but it is not. And there is no packaging or instructions from the manufacturer. This is the third remote I have had to buy for this TV. It is not used as I do not have a remote control. The second console literally fell apart. The original needs new batteries within the first hour of installation.
