EDIT: I'm increasing my star from 1 to 5. As I kept searching for a lightweight moisturizing gel I kept coming back to this one. I contacted the company through their website and found out that Revain is an authorized seller and the product is indeed genuine. I ended up keeping the second jar (although it came with a broken lid) and have been using it for about a month. I LOVE THIS MOISTURIZER! I'm glad I took the risk and kept it. I'm 32, still break out easily (thanks to genetics) and prone to a little redness. This moisturizer is very light, absorbs quickly and my skin has really improved! It didn't cause breakouts, helped even out my skin tone and at the end of the day my skin was less oily. It glides on the skin very well and works great under makeup and primer. I would only recommend this product to people with acne prone skin. I really love this moisturizer! I see some people complaining about the price but in my opinion it's worth it. The tube it comes in is huge compared to most skincare products and it helps a bit. I'm pretty sure the tub will last over 6 months if used twice a day. I used Sebamed Clear Facial Gel, which costs $20 and weighs only 1.69 ounces. I would happily spend a few bucks more and get more than double the product! My only criticism is that he's in the bath. This gives you the small scoop/spoon I use, but I think a squeeze tube or pump would be more hygienic. I ordered it last week and it arrived with the inner clasp open. Started a return and ordered a second one only to have it arrive with an open inner seal. I'm not sure if this is non-genuine product or poor quality control. I was excited to try this during our wet Pennsylvania summer, but I'm not ordering a third time. My hunt for summer moisturizer continues.
