I've been using large slim wallets for many years but I usually buy women's zip wallets and only replace them because I'm sick of the color not that they're worn out. As an alternative (and I wanted a completely different color) I bought the Trixie TriFold Women's Big Skinny Wallet (fuchsia/hot pink). I'm just as happy with it, even if it doesn't have a zipper. It has a small zip pocket on the outside which is a separate item. So far I've used a designer leather purse (zipped) and a great item. That means the Big Skinny offers everything a larger leather wallet would, PLUS it's lighter and fuller than a leather wallet alone. easily tucks into one of the internal zipped pockets in the bag, allowing me to leave the bag open without fear of my wallet falling out or (God forbid) being overtaken by the nefarious. The tri-fold interior is well thought out with slots for all my credit cards and paper supplies as well as a plastic pocket for my driver's license. The only downside I have is that it's not made of metallic silver or gold. I don't usually keep going that long, but there are so many benefits to this wallet that I feel I should mention it.
