First, it's like a liquid paste, not a gel. Wherever you apply, it will be almost PERMANENT. I smeared it on my wrist and it didn't come off. It is very difficult to remove or wash off with water. Although I've only used it once, very little is needed, but you can't make corrections after application. It doesn't flow like a gel but more like a paste. Personally I think it is an old product or Revain is buying discounted products. The box says NEW, but how old is it? I would not buy again. I prefer to use my pencil, it's easier to work with. For people who don't have eyebrows, this may be fine as it stays on your skin. However, I am wondering what is the point of this product that sticks to your skin and you cannot remove it unless you use a very strong eye makeup remover!
