We are able have an account manager that we can call for questions or concerns anytime of day! Not only does this make us feel supported by our ad network but it also makes sure nothing gets overlooked during campaigns/placements etc.. Nothing really because everything has been great so far!! I would definitely recommend reaching out if you want someone who will hold hands through all aspects while offering support as much times daily (or even hourly). It's made things very smooth sailing when trying something new like adsense integration into their platform which was not available at first glance from other networks such as google partners program(GPP)etc.
