I like how easy it was to setup our auth smptp account! It's very intuitive as well with all of their tutorials available online if you need them too (even though they are free). They have great customer support that helped me through my problem at hand when we were having issues after signing up initially but couldn't log in via Gmail app due to SSL certificate errors etc.. Their team fixed everything right away so no issue there either!! Easy interface/setup process which helps newbies who aren't super technical get set quickly without being overwhelmed by information overload from other providers out there.
