Save the bulb for light holders
Most bulbs eventually develop some mild corrosion in the cartridge. Why spend $$$ on a new bulb when you can just replace the cartridge for less than $10. With a few small tools and a bit of common sense, it's easy to make yourself! (Be sure to unplug the lamp!)
