You need to take care of your face, disinfect the skin roll with alcohol and follow the regime. Remember that it also depends on your genetics and please DO NOT SHAVE it. Let it grow, but the parts that grow faster just clip it off with 1 or 2 clips to fit. Use activator after dermaroll and balm, but when you are at it use beard oil, if you get thicker then use balm and also take a brush.
