Review on Reverse Logistics by Brett Gilbert

We have used reverse logistics software application since 2014, we are able to track our orders from order entry to pick location to dispatch area to delivery. It gives us very good visibility of how much stock has been ordered what was picked/ordered etc. There's no point where you feel like something went missing or anything wrong with stock that needs attention. Our biggest challenge is when there's an issue with supplier which sometimes creates problems in picking. Sometimes it takes time for supplier team to respond back. They would call up but they don't always get through so this can create problem at times. Tracking inventory status using mobile app and having all information online makes life easier as well as reducing stock holding costs. I like that it's easy to use and navigate through. It also has an excellent customer service team. There are some things about the app that could be improved upon but nothing major. Just minor issues that could be addressed in future updates. We have been able to reduce our order fulfillment time by almost half.
