This product is great but be careful when using it on sensitive areas of the mouth. Do not press too hard or your gums may become inflamed. I had a crown replaced and was told to get one to keep the crown area near the gum line clean. Well it seems I was pressing on the area too hard to keep it clean and now I have a blister (which is going away) and pain. It's been too long since I can return this item. The brush head does a great job if you don't have sensitive areas and aren't pressing too hard when brushing.
