This company has phenomenal customer service. I ordered pearl white with a silver clasp and wanted it to be a little more white/less grey. I emailed them to ask if they had a way of doing solid white with a silver clasp. And although they couldn't do it due to the shipping location, they were kind enough to refund me part of my purchase. I didn't ask or even think of anything like that. They insisted and just did it, although I told them I was generally happy with the group. What a great business model to make your customers as happy as possible. The strap is comfortable, easy to adjust and I don't think the material it's made of will smell like my previous silicone strap. I haven't owned it long enough to speak of durability, but it looks good. It's also lightweight and looks good. In general I am very happy.
