We have used them with two children aged 1 to 4. They dragged her in and out of the house all over the house, stepped on her, threw her, and threw her down the stairs onto the tiled floor. We have never seen any damage. Handle and stand work very well. Love them these are *the baby wraps you need. Also soft for the baby when they hit each other on the head. The only downside is that after two years of use, the cover that opens the charging port started to crack, but it still works. In fact, given what we've been through and how many falls it's saved us from, this is a very minor complaint. I would recommend and buy again immediately.
