Review on ☂️ Compact and Featherlight: RUMBRELLA Small Ultra Lightweight Folding Umbrellas by Allison Acosta

This is an ultra compact and lightweight umbrella. It comes with two cases, one is a regular umbrella case and the other is a case that folds into a bag. This Rumbrella is durable and well made. It's NOT automatic, but it opens and closes easily. I had lots of umbrellas, partly because I don't drive and rely on walking and public transport. Even if it rains lightly, I'll take an umbrella with me. I like to travel light and prefer to use small umbrellas unless I know for sure it's going to be windy and rainy (in which case I'll take an umbrella with a big handle). My usual compact umbrella is Totes, which you can see in the photo to the left. It's cheaper but less durable and a bit smaller. It actually weighs about an ounce more than this rumbrella (roughly based on the fact I was holding one in each hand and comparing). The other outstanding feature of this Rumbrella is the UV protection. As a melanoma survivor (10+ years!) I avoid going out during the midday hours from April to October. But sometimes it's unavoidable and I cover myself completely with sunscreen, a hat, etc. This umbrella is a great extra layer of protection. Again, I LOVE that it's so small and I can keep it in my bag "just in case".
