So far so good. I love these chairs! They go beautifully with my contemporary dark wood dining chairs. Even the color of the seat matches the fabric of my beautiful chairs. I recently used them to get my family together to play a party game. Folds up neatly and unobtrusively when not in use. They also appear to be long-lived. I plan on possibly buying 2 more. I currently have 4 modern square chairs, 2 modern round back chairs (all the same colour) and now 2 additional folding chairs which I use as needed. Please excuse the mess on my dining table.
