I gave them to my favorite chef! The pans hold two sizes (depths) of disposable skillets, handle warm cookware (not too hot), and keep the cookware presentable and durable. He even has his own spoon that you can take with you to serve. I had many good complements to them. The snap frame for the transparent lid is sometimes difficult to clean. Not massive pain, but worth mentioning.
