This is a direct factory replacement that is easy to install. You can use a hex wrench to remove the weird star driver hardware that Chrysler likes to use if you haven't set the security bit, which I don't think most people have. The only thing I don't like about the light is that it's so bright and shiny and new that the other looks bad.
