The thing is not waterproof at all. Used it on a beach vacation to hold a credit card, two ID's and our room key. The key is quite rusty and the bag is even very dirty. Luckily I didn't put any cash in it because it would get wet. Don't waste your money on this thing, better get a regular zippered bag. I've only been using it on the beach for two days when the picture was taken and those are the only two days it's been used at all.
