Extremely poor sound transmission and reception. Does not transmit through normal walls or beyond 20 feet. When switched on, the product constantly hisses. Even if you are within 10 feet of each other, the quality is so low that you can understand what the other person is saying. Definitely doesn't work as advertised. There's also no volume control. This is a fake dial. Not recommended for any age for anything. hp I bought 2 of these kits for my nieces and nephews and both were the same in terms of functionality.
