Very easy to assemble, well illustrated instructions, all parts needed including Allen key. We put together a full set as Benny likes to stretch. I used pieces of sisal at the bottom and carpet at the top and arranged the pompoms in a staggered manner. Benny was curious and helped set it up and jumped in while the tree was still on the table. The pedestal is so heavy that despite climbing and wild play, Benny hasn't knocked it over yet, as you can see in the photo. Benny is also mesmerized by the balls at the base, an added bonus for those lazy times. Four paws from Benny and five stars from us.
