(18/07/16) I've revised my review due to a refund with new shipping. I didn't expect the seller to be interested and contact me. But with excellent customer service I now give it 4 stars. Hopefully the new item is easier as it ships with instructions. Thanks again! (7/17/16) 2 stars as no holes for headgear, rear seat difficult to install (still trying to put on at 5:48pm and get package at 10:00am), came without instructions, the foam piece is very thin, hence I don't understand the level of protection. My steering wheel cover was not what I expected! When the cover was on you could see the foam inside, it covered my buttons and looked awful. It's not tight on the steering wheel. Had to use another lid to put underneath so it doesn't cover my buttons. I wish it was what I thought in the photos! I wish my refund wasn't worth $50! I just got to my driver's seat.
