I'm usually the type of person who is happy with a product, even if it doesn't quite live up to my expectations. Not this time. My height is about 6 feet 0.170 pounds. The seat cushion is too short (horizontally) so your legs hang down more than they should. When seated, the footrest is too high for your feet to be comfortable even in the highest position, and the seat is too high for your feet to rest comfortably on the floor even in the lowest position. The armrests are hard and narrow. Your hands are therefore difficult to keep on it. The back pivots along a horizontal centerline, so you have to keep it at the right angle whenever you sit (it doesn't just support your back). The rear also doesn't pull back far enough to make sense. An ideal candidate for a return.
