Mechanical peeling can be harsh on sensitive facial skin, so I only use it a few times a month as directed. However, it works well against insect and mosquito bites! Simply apply a dab and allow to dry, the clay within will help stop itching and provide cooling relief. Since I don't have sensitive skin, I can't comment on that. The only facial products I have had any reaction to were CeraVe and I have no negative reaction to this scrub at all.
