Only 1 suction cup: holder and dispenser

I like the design of the cutlery holder and it sticks well to different surfaces. Unfortunately, what I received only had a suction cup attached. The way it's packaged makes it easy to remove the suction cups from the back, which I assume happened in a warehouse somewhere. It still works and a suction cup does what I need it for (storing garlic and ginger in my fridge). But I have to support it from below to keep it level. The shape is great so I'll probably keep it and buy a replacement suction cup somewhere. In short, great product design but poorly thought out packaging which resulted in me only getting 1 out of 2 suction cups.
